All reservations must be paid for in full at the time the booking is made. We take credit and debit card payments via our on-line booking facility.
Please advise us of your approximate time of arrival. You can usually check in at any time between 1pm and 10pm and check out time is before 11.30am.
Should you need to cancel your booking with us after it has been confirmed, you must advise us by email or phone by midday (GMT) seven days before the first night of your stay. Your notice of cancellation will only be effective if it is received by our office and confirmed in return by us. No charges will be applied by us if we receive your cancellation within this time. If you wish to cancel your booking after this time, any reimbursement of your payment will be made entirely at our discretion.
In the unlikely event that a booking cannot be honoured by us for whatever reason, a full refund will be issued and we will notify you either within 24 hours of the time your booking was made or within a minimum of 21 days prior to the first night of your stay.
